PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Miller CAT Cat Shield is a vehicle-specific aluminum barrier for the catalytic converter on a 4th Gen Tacoma Hybrid. It bolts into place without drilling and uses tamper-proof fasteners that make access to the converter more difficult and more time-consuming.

It is built around the factory Tacoma Hybrid underbody, so it keeps the converter covered while still allowing normal engine and transmission oil service without removing the shield. The kit includes the security hardware, key, protected-vehicle sticker, and installation instructions.

THEFT DETERRENCE, NOT THEFT PROOF

A Cat Shield is designed to significantly increase the difficulty of catalytic converter theft. It cannot guarantee that theft will be impossible if a determined thief has enough time and tools.
