FITMENT NOTE

This is the Miller CAT V1 Cat Shield for hybrid Tundras only. It requires the original factory catalytic converter and a factory-style suspension configuration for Miller CAT's fitment guarantee to apply. It does not fit non-hybrid Tundra models.

V1 VS. V2

The V1 is the larger aluminum shield and provides coverage over the transmission area in addition to the catalytic converter area. Choose this version if full transmission coverage is part of your priority. Miller CAT's V2 is a smaller, bank-specific design that leaves the transmission uncovered for easier transmission-fluid service.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The hybrid Tundra has a lot going for it, but the catalytic converter area remains accessible from below. The Miller CAT V1 is the version to choose when you want more than a small converter-only panel. Its larger aluminum design also covers the transmission area, giving the underside a more complete layer of protection than the V2.

It mounts to the truck without drilling and uses vehicle-specific mounting points rather than a universal layout. Miller CAT includes tamper-resistant security hardware with unique key patterns, making the shield more difficult and time-consuming to remove without authorization.

This is a theft deterrent, not a guarantee against theft. It is designed to make converter removal more difficult, but a determined thief with sufficient time and tools can still cause damage or remove components.

MAINTENANCE CONSIDERATIONS

The shield does not interfere with engine oil changes. Depending on the service being performed, removal may be required for transmission-fluid service. Keep the supplied hardware key with your truck records so it is available when service is needed.

Miller CAT provides a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects that prevent proper installation or function. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.

Because this is an underbody component, surface scratches, oxidation, residue, and cosmetic marks from manufacturing, shipping, or normal road use are not considered defects. Damage caused by incorrect installation, vehicle modifications, road debris, labor, diagnostics, or incidental costs is not covered.
