Fits 2003-2009 4th Gen Toyota 4Runner, but only with the flat-top HVAC head style, check your dash against the product photos before ordering, not every 4Runner in this range has the flat-top layout. A separate Course Motorsports mount exists for 4Runners with a dual-zone HVAC setup.
